Total waste. Talks a lot, unnecessary and useless. assumes that you as stupid and he is only smart guy in this planet. Waste hours of your time, hours in explaining his greatnesses. Then ask for commitment from you and take loan from his wife only. Wont recommend him to anyone.

Rajeev was absolutely amazing. He was with us every step of the way. It was our first time selling and we didn't know what to expect but Rajeev kept us up to date and informed. What was wonderful is that no matter what questions we had he had an answer and if he didn't know then he would find out. He was prompt about returning our calls and communicating all details. Another thing that was super helpful, was if we needed something to be repaired, he knew someone who would fix the issue. It helped take a lot of the stress off our shoulders. I would recommend him to any and all sellers.

We purchased our home in Castro Valley with help of Rajeev. I can't explain in words, how smooth the experience was and how helpful Rajeev was during the entire process. We looked at many homes everywhere (Fremont, Union City, Dublin, Castro Valley, San Ramon etc.). I can't say enough positive things about Rajeev! I met Rajeev at his open home near the property we were renting. He came across as someone I could trust right away. Since then, he has helped us buy and sell our townhome and now helped us buy our single family home. Every single time, he represented our best interests, was always fair and reasonable, explained the process in detail and executed perfectly. Rajeev was able to smoothly coordinate all the transactions to fit into our busy schedules. From finding us contractors to sending us a traveling notary to our house, everything was done smoothly. He also communicated with us each step of the way, patiently answering all of our questions. I have referred my friends and co-workers to him and again, he has extended the same level of service to them. I highly recommend Rajeev for the sale or purchase of your property.
