Angelo recently again helped me out with another complex and lengthy refinancing of a rental property. There are multiple owners and therefore the paperwork and oversight during the underwriting process was extremely strenuous. There were literally greater than 25+ requests back and forward for new information. This all occurred during the recent and present Covid-19-time frame, so you can imagine the extra stress on folks. Despite all this , Angelo again came through big time. Patience, professionalism, work ethic and going the extra mile are all hallmarks of Angelo's capabilities but needless to say given the surrounding circumstances I can't think of many who could endure and deliver with poise and success !!! Angelo was always calm and understanding with the million calls and emails around my complete ignorance and stress around the loan process! I feel quite educated now! He was patient with me pulling out of houses when the sellers issues were not disclosed. I started all over several times. He was a great asset in this whole process. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.
