Warm Springs Home Health

I was in hospital for 6 weeks after a crash. 4 broken ribs, punctured lung, brain bleed. I desperately needed care upon my discharge and Warm Springs could not possibly have been worse. In 2 weeks, Ive seen one nurse and ZERO physical therapists, after my insurance was willing to pay for 4 visits from each. They promise and dont deliver. They acted like THEY are in fact the aggrieved party when I begged them for help. NEVER use these people for anything, especially if your physical wellbeing depends on their showing up. Truly brutal experience. Its all on me now.

We have experienced it first hand when my grandma had a hip replacement.  The hospital gave us choices of different home health agencies but I'm glad we decided with Warm Springs Home Health. They understand the difficulties that a family faces when making the decision to use outside help.  They made us feel part of their family.  Their clinicians are professionals, they accommodated our schedule and went above and beyond taking care of my grandma.My grandma recovered and I really think it's because of the clinicians from Warm Springs Home Health!So kudos to you Warm Springs Home Health! Thank YOU!

My name is Jeanette Mason.  I did not want to be anonymous on this review. I have had a very bad experience with Warm Springs.  They are very non professional to the patients but did a snow job with my family.  They called them for an appointment with me and asked them for confirmation never even asking me if they could come out.  The social worker called but I did not call back because I didn't like her attitude in a previous conversation with her on the phone. So she came out uninvited and knocked and when I didn't come to the door just walked in.  A nurse just walked in as well.  The same nurse would call and not leave a message and when I did answer the phone hung up on me half way through several times.  There were a few nurses who were cool but on the whole they were rude, did not call for two weeks after all their aggravation. They would be demanding of my time when they had some time.  The whole agency is sick.  Do not look for them to take care of anyone because they don't.

My experience with WSHHA (Warm Springs Home Health Agency) was not recent, but it was memorable and commentable, and since they and I both seem to still be around, I'm finally going to clear this off my todo list.WSHHA was absolutely non-responsive to calls and emails I made and sent. Their published phone number is a toll call from my home phone, and they initially provided an incorrect toll-free number. It took some digging to find a usable toll-free number, but that number was always answered by a machine and I never got called back when I asked for information.OTOH, every health care person and therapist they sent was wonderful, beyond my expectation; I believe I'd welcome any one of them back if I needed their services again. Knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, caring -- the people not the shop.
