Beacon Home Care's website says they....."believe nothing is more important than the health, happiness, privacy, comfort and safety of your loved ones". I have found this to be true. Their caregivers are caring and compassionate. The company is a pleasure to work with!

I'm really impressed by how their staff is so responsive. They don't serve Sunnyvale where I needed help for my father (just outside if their area centered in Fremont), but they went out of their way to find another provider in my area and emailed all the contact information. Very professional and really care to help people. Thanks so much!

I have only been a client for just ten days or so, so I've only had a couple of interactions with caregivers -- who seemed kind and capable.  However, I would really like to commend their administration, particularly Linda Conners, who has worked with me daily since I first contacted Beacon for assistance with my mom.  She has been exceptionally kind, compassionate and concerned for our situation and well-being.  She has been extremely flexible, available and responsive to our needs.  Our experience came first and business arrangements came second.  I can't imagine having anyone make this a better experience during a difficult time.

Calista, who runs Beacon Home Care in Fremont is an exceptional resource when it comes to taking care of someone you love.  I contacted her to take care of a loved one and she was always there when I called, always open and willing to find a caregiver for him even in theses difficult times.  She is understanding, capable and runs Beacon Home Care like a fine tuned instrument.  I was extremely impressed with each and every contact I had with her, she did her best to always cover each and every shift to make sure my loved one was taken care of.  Whenever I had  questions of any kind she was there to answer them to the best of her ability.  She handles problems as they arise and always does the best she can.  She has an open door policy at Beacon and is within a phone call's reach whenever she is needed.  I would definitely call her again if the need arises.  Thank you Calista.  Jill Hoffmann
