My first experience so far has been really good! The gentleman up front seems honest and genuine. Moving forward this shop will be my go to place.

They just disappeared, and never recieved my coat back. This is TERRIBLE! I never recieved a call from them.

Very unprofessional, items were not ready by promise day. Not sure why they assign their own deadlines and are then unable to meet them.
