        In south bay, I got a very bad exprience with dealers, but here in Fremont, things are totally different. Very smooth, comfortable and nice purchase experience. Ed is kind and knowledgible on helping customer choose the best match trim. Sophie is supportive on arranging and scheduling items to meet customer's request and expectations. Patrick is professional on financing process and making good recommendations for the customer. Pickup process is smooth and the detail is perfect. Some problems arose and the staffs solved them quickly.
