        Unfortunately I have to deal with them through Ziprent. Its been 3rd day after the job was approved and still service has not been scheduled.

        We had a fridge problem, the technician came, did the diagnosis. The repair happened a few days later. It would be five stars for that. But there fridge was not 100% yet. And now the problems started. Uppon realizing we were calling as returning customers, they would give us excuses. They would call us back later to ghost us for a couple of days. I even had to give all my info again for a new appointment. And at the end they still give us some excuse to not show up. I would give one star for customer service. Since they only wanted to solve half of my problem. I'm giving the average of my two reviews. And I am moving on with another repair company.

        I wanted to put a new Freon in the cooler and the technician wants to replace my compressor which was working fine. I asked him why and he says I dont know which match his Freon # . I ask him to test and he refuse and walk out. Horrible service and never will recommend
