Al was the technician with a little help from Eddie. They fixed the dryer that was making a thump, thump, thump. Showed up within the time slot with only a couple of hours after I called. Texted the approximate time and met that time. Diagnosed quickly. Explained everything fully. Gave me the used parts.
The fact that he had the parts and was able to complete the repair in one day, on a Saturday was great.

I want share my good experience with Ace HVAC and Appliance. My GE Cafe dishwasher was not starting, so I called them and luckily one of their technicians was available. They sent someone one to my house one hour after my call.
The technician, Eldor, was polite and professional. He checked the dishwasher and a few minutes later, he explained to me that there was a clog in the line preventing the dishwasher to start. He went ahead and clean the pipe and put it back to work.
I appreciate ACE HVAC prompt service during weekends and especially their honesty dealing with the issue.
I highly recommend them for your appliances repairs. Good communication and reasonable prices. I only paid for the service fee.

Ace is the best and Al is a super technician. Earlier this week, my refrigerator evaporative fan failed and both the refrigerator and freezer was not able to hold the Set temperature. Al diagnosed the problem accurately, offered me options to fix the issue. Ordered part and responsibly came and repaired the refrigerator. During the entire process, he was responsive to my request for information/update and did a fantastic job repairing the refrigerator. I would recommend Al and Ace for any such issues
