Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center

First time going to a goodwill was a pleasant experience. The front cashier welcomed me when I walked in and when I asked her a question, she quickly and nicely answered me. Overall would visit again in the future.

I can say without a doubt, all the one star reviews are more than deserved for this place. The staff, from the cashiers, donations and management are horrible. They consistently have a bad attitude and talk bad about each other and customers. The staff are all narrow minded bigots who demand respect for their opinions and circus freak ideals yet they refuse getting to know an individual and fault them for things they don't understand. The atmosphere is pathetic, the store is always messy and disorganized. Donations are a joke. We would all be better off giving to an actual non profit or shelters than these fools at goodwill. Staff- 0 management-0 donations- 0 Store- 1 I only give the store a 1 because I am surprised and impressed that such a poorly run and staffed location is still running this long. Stay away from this location, find somewhere better to do your thrifting, somewhere you will be treated with respect.

I donated a box with clothes and shoes last month plus 100 cash. When they sent me the receipt it showed only one box and the cash disappeared in the woman's hand. I learned my lesson. Please be careful donating cash. This was my first time donating cash at this site..will never do that again. They should check the people handling money at this store. Unfortunately I don't know her name. God blessed her, she needed it more than I do..but she will never prosper stealing money. I will never come back here. Careful.
