I, personally, havent had any negative experiences here. Its none of my business how any of the staff is *feeling* that particular day Im shopping there just so that I wont get offended by anyone, and if I really need to use the restroom (and I often do), Ill go elsewhere. You cant have your cake AND eat it.
The prices have gone up a little bit over the last 2 years, but so have at every other business. Donatings very easy, I do it in the mornings when the boxes are usually still mostly empty. Parkings a bit of a challenge, but thats life.
I usually find what I need (and what I dont :)), and some of the donations just simply surprise me (in a good way). Its a great place to find anything from odd knickknacks to new clothing, even.

Great variety of items. Clean store. Tons of toys. Friendly staff. Parking is tough to find, and you may have to park across the street but it's a great area and lots of items inside. Love this store.
