Unicare Community Health Center - Fontana

Dont go to this facility. The front desk ladies are so RUDE and provide NO HELP to the elderly or spanish speaking community. They expect people to know and are inconsiderate of people's backgrounds. There is lack of communication therefore referrals are not scheduled in time.

So unprofessional. I always have to wait in the lobby for 1 hour. Whats the point of making a appointment if there not going to honer the time. I HATE coming here.

Terrible service. Even with an appointment youll be waiting an hour or longer. Then when youre finally called in youll be waiting another hour or so in the room.

I had the most amazing experience at the Unicare on foothill and citrus. I was called in very quickly and the wonderful woman who took my blood pressure Marisol was very kind. My BP was high and Marisol helped me to relax so that I could get the meds I needed to calm my BP down. The NP that saw me Brian Rocha was very kind and let me cry through my emotions. Everyone there was so very kind. Especially Myra Cervantes... If I could give more stars I would.
