Terrible clinic. Horrible communication or rather lack thereof. Terrible time frame of notices. Dont assign your kid here. The doctor isnt even available for appointments. Assigned my son to this clinic AFTER I called to make sure they could give me a soon appointment due to my sons needs. They confirmed so naturally I switched him over to be assigned to this clinic. My mistake!! Filled out all the forms online the week prior to his appt and called to ensure they received them via fax, got confirmation of receiving everything from whoever was in office. Fast forward to 2 days before his appt. I missed a call ten minutes until THEIR closing time (giving me basically no response time since I start my shift the next day during their regular business hours) to inform me the doctor was going to be out for an emergency on my sons appt date so they needed to reschedule him. I asked if this was going to be a regular issue because scheduling problems will not work for me as a single mom with a full time job RELIANT on schedules and appointments. They said no it was just a last minute emergency. Pushed his appt back 5 days to the next calendar week, Im running a few minutes late to the appointment. I call the office to inform them and make sure my son can still be seen, they say yes but ALSO let me know that the doctor isnt in today would I like to reschedule or have my son see another doctor? Im already DRIVING there why would I want to reschedule a SECOND TIME at a MOMENTS NOTICE only given because I CALLED?!!! I said I wanted him to just see another doctor because this was ridiculous. But now, if he couldve seen another doctor this whole time why was I even rescheduled???? He couldve kept his original appt and just seen another doctor?! Finally arrive to the office and of course none of the paperwork I completed in advance and faxed over is in his chart so I had to waste more time completing the forms again when I wanted to ensure a quick appt because I worked immediately after! I asked for the manager, Myras number, called her on Monday 4/1 left a message and my info and have not gotten any call back and it is now 4/4. They do not communicate in any manner, not with each other and not with parents of patients. This is absolutely not ok I will be getting the NPI to file a complaint with MediCal. TAKE YOUR KIDS ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Great staff! Very attentive and friendly. Welcoming, low stress environment. Doctor Lin is very personable, and goes the extra mile to make keep his patients informed and make them feel at home. Very impressed with the follow up. Received a phone call from office staff to communicate test results. Very happy with the level of service.
