        I recently came in to make a change to my policy and can say I had a pleasant experience. Agent Sara was helpful throughout the process and explained everything along the way. She was able to quote me different options all in a timely manner. Ive had State Farm since 2016 and cant say Ive had a problem with their service, so at the very least I recommend coming in for a quote.
