Tried making an appointment via phone, on-line..No success. Walked in @ 3:30 pm Absolutely no customer in site. Went to the bank manager to open a NEW ACCOUNT since not one bank representative there to greet or ask " Can I help you? " She proceeded to send me to a teller? Who then took my info & couldn't help me???? WOW just WOW!!!!!
No appointments for New Accounts !!!
I ( the customer) must work around the banks staff meetings lol..possibly Wednesday...2 days out & early morning
Nah...They don't need my money obviously...Head Quarters must not either because the reviews @ this branch are bad ...Hindsight 2020...
If Enough people start writing believe me...and pulling their monies...Same disgusting service from Bank of America is why I'm searching for AT LEAST BEING TREATED LIKE A WANTED CUSTOMER

Horrible customer service! Waited to talk to someone for over an hour! Also they are free there is no other costumer so looks busy nothing like that. Chase branch needs some good customer assistants.
Then I was go another chase branch once I entered in branch assistant come to me right away solve my problem.
