Sutter Walk-In Care - Folsom

Avoid at all costs! I went in with lingering cold symptoms, which they said they could not treat. They recommended I go BY AMBULANCE to an ER, which I declined. I drove. Once there, I was told that this facility had written my presenting symptoms as chest pain and shortness of breath, so I was kept in the waiting room for OVER FOUR HOURS while they ruled out heart attack - all because I answered yes when this nurse asked if my chest hurts when I cough. It was the most ridiculous waste of my precious time. By the time I got home, I was feeling much worse, due to spending four hours standing in the ERs foyer while trying to avoid a packed waiting room full of coughing people without masks. How dare that nurse put me through that. Absurd. I will never go to one of Sutters walk-in clinics again.

Staff and NP are so kind, compassionate and informative. I would highly recommend Sutter Walk-in Folsom.

The staff at the Folsom Walk in Care was kind, supportive and very patient! The facility was clean, and waiting room comfortable and pleasant. I received an ATV online shortly after my visit. Their services were much appreciated by me and my husband who waited for me.

Where do I start despite what I was going through the front desk was caring empathetic and knowledgeable. The experience was incredibly surprising. The care surpass my expectations. Im very grateful and would highly recommend you guys to anyone. Hopefully I dont have to come back, but if I did, I know Im in good hands. Thank you Michael.
