        Yet another negative experience. They insisted my friend return with me, the account holder, so she could purchase a SIM card to complete the switch into my plan from another carrier. They should have instead informed her that her iPhone 13 Pro supports two eSIMs and the whole process could be handled by phone from the comforts of home. Incidentally, she went there only because the T-Mobile rep that disconnected me from the conference call told her she needed to go there and purchase it when what she should've done was offered to use an eSIM. So much unnecessary heartache. It was eventually completed successfully via a phone call.
