        They consistently lock me out of my own accounts so I cant check my balances, and theres no one to resolve it outside of normal business hours. Absolutely maddening.

        Few years back, they sold the Folsom branch of Keypoint CU to SAFE. Service is not as friendly as Keypoint/AEA, but I have had generally good experience with this bank. Would recommend others to try them out.
