Honestly don't know how this place is in business. Tried to take a test jumped through their hoops and downloaded logmein apps and after 50mins after my test was scheduled still nothing. Customer service is nonexistent and a joke. Just go In person and take the test is what I keep telling myself. Thought this was supposed to be easier and more efficient. What a joke.

The proctor kindly guided me through the exam pre-requisites, but could not load the correct URL for the actual exam. This took ProctorU NINETY MINUTES to attempt to solve and in the end they dropped my exam and told me the issue was on my end. They do not even go back and fix all the permissions they change for the exam. Customer service is nice but unbelievably slow. It took them HALF AN HOUR to help me reschedule the exam. Avoid at all costs.

What a joke! Took my LSAT through Proctoru, was interrupted in the middle of the timed test. The individual who interfered with my test had a bunch of background noise and I could not understand him. After taking over a minute of my time ( which you are only allowed 1:20 average for each question) I still could not understand his english with the mixture of his background noise. So he just told me to continue on. You can't interrupt someone in the middle of the test and then just tell them don't worry about it after wasting all their time. This was such a bad experience and threw me out of my mindset for the rest of the test. I hope LSAC drops this company! I wasted so much time and money!
