The most unorganized job I've ever worked in my life. I couldn't get past the fact they were giving their employees broken monitors, missing parts for the set up to work from home, unorganized training (which we completed on our phones 8 hrs a day) since their computers and cords were unavailable. The icing on the cake was starting work and not completing any payroll paperwork, meaning our time wasn't documented. I couldn't take the stress of this place so I turned in my things. I've yet to hear anything from HR regarding my paycheck from working there. Avoid this place at all costs! They're only hiring people to do their dirty work!

So many changes have been made ever since Telus International acquired Voxpro. You've adapted very well to changes and public health emergencies by allowing most of your staff to work from home. Your recreational facilities and gym are impressive. However, an onsite daycare would be a great addition to your company. We understand that conditions from the pandemic have made things difficult. But don't be so quick to tell your employees that you can't offer an onsite daycare program due to CA Laws. Patagonia HQ in Ventura CA has been very successful with their onsite daycare since 1983. Even though initial costs were very high in the beginning, their daycare program started paying for itself over the years. Feel free to email a survey poll form to all your employees. You'll be able to see how many members would be interested in an onsite daycare and how many are willing to contribute a portion of their paycheck to enroll their children in the program. Imagine the peace of mind that parents will have everyday when they bring their children to work. Employees will have a greater sense of purpose, fulfilment, and motivation because they'll be able to check up on their kids during breaks and spend more time with them during lunches. Your company also wouldn't have to worry about employees leaving suddenly or unexpectedly during the middle of the day to pick up their children in an emergency. You would also be giving great opportunities for young minds to grow and develop as they socialize and play with other children. Why not take this opportunity to inspire and teach the new generation by giving them a safe place to learn? New infants and toddlers will always need daycare, especially if both of their parents work. Children between ages 5 to 12 may also need daycare during the summer and during long school holidays. As Telus International becomes more successful, it would make sense to give back to your employees just like you contribute back to your communities. Your company already has security guards patrolling your facilities to keep everyone safe. It's not a bad idea to also have onsite medical personnel in case of emergencies. Continue to do what you think is best for your staff, but don't just primarily focus on profits. New additions and expansions to your facilities would not only empower your workers and increase productivity, it would also attract many potential investors as well.
