People working here shift 05/15 3 pm it's just HORRIBLE, manager worst. They don't attending costumers because you need made you order through the machines, but machine don't work. And they don't care we complained about it. Never come back

Poor services, I do understand the kiosk helps to move lines fast; but not when paying with cash. I did use the kiosk at first, completed my order, yet my receipt didn't print, I told a the supervisor and she didn't even acknowledge me. I went to another worker passing food told her my situation and the supervisor pulled her away from me. I asked if I could just order from the register to another worker and he said "we only use the kiosk here, as he takes another person's order in front of me as they both spoke Spanish to eachother. I'm really disappointed!

You have to order from the kiosks for your food. There is not much of instructions of the ordering process. They have so busy that they do not who is pick up orders. Our order wa giving to someone else. We waited for our food for 45 minutes. It was the worse McDonald we been to and the food tasted awful.

ALERT: CREDIT CARD FRAUD RISK! We drove thru this McDonald buying $18 of food. But hours later our bank alerted us of a $125 transaction in the food mart next to it but we never entered that shop! We highly suspect the McDonald cashier lady because when she got my card she closed the window and took a little longer time to process our payment inside her room. I dont understand why she closed the window that makes it very suspicious. Never let the card leave your hand here!
