I have never written a poor review on a company like this company needs to have a poor review written! They are a septic tank company, that we called out for one of our rentals, they went out pumped out the tank and 4 days later we still have a problem. We called them back out and the owner of the company said, "Well we only pumped out liquids not solids because you didn't tell us to pump out both." That was the most ridiculous statement I believe I have heard! So this company had 2 payments a $400 each for something that should have been done correctly the first time. We had to call  a different plumbing company out, that has now fixed our problem for our house.

I just spent over $3000 trying to get my mom-in-law's mobile home's plumbing fixed.  I called Quik Rooter who I had used one other time.  BIG MISTAKE!  The toilet still leaks (brand new), the garbage disposal (supposedly new) still doesn't work, the clean dishwasher now has mud and water in the bottom, when the disposal switch is turned on, a light in the bathroom goes off.  I had rushed to get a check as he said the owner "needed" it right away and our accountant gave me a paper to sign which Mike said they never signed any of those papers and he wasn't the owner so he couldn't sign it.  He said he'd see the owner and bring me the paper Friday (3/16/18) but I haven't seen any sign of him.  Very poor service and attitude.
