Consumer BEWARE!!! We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the BFCA as well as contacting the bureau who mandates licenses for plumbers in the state of California and filing a formal complaint. This is the worst company we've ever dealt with. Almost 2 weeks to fix the problem... well guess what, it's still not fixed...though they said it was. When called out on it still not working, they informed our home warranty they would not return to our home. This is after I posted an unhappy review here. Therefore, leaving a home with 2 children without hot water for 3 weeks now. But they're "FAMILY" oriented. 🤔 Wow, great people aren't they. We will be sure to warn all residents of our community of their faulty work. When they tell the customer to go and try to fix it through their direction over the phone, after it is already "FIXED" according to them and their invoice to our home warranty company. Also we were informed via the work order emailed to us that they were given authorization to clean the whole system and did not. Great company huh?! If I were you, I'd go elsewhere with your plumbing issues. It's scary that when their mistake is caught, they can't finish the job. The photos on their website are sketchy and should also make anyone looking for a reputable plumber to go elsewhere . Especially with a company who has supposedly been in business since 2007, but only has 4 reviews, to include ours. Hmmmm.
