Great experience buying at a dealership for the first time! I've always gotten cars from individuals on CL, so this was a first for me. I'm an introvert and loathe sales tactics. I just want the facts and not a pitch.
I did a test drive at my local shop, but when I made an offer, they declined. Fairfield had a similar car with a few upgrades, and when I reached out to them with the same offer, they accepted.
I asked that the contracts could be ready so I didn't have to spend all day there. Marco was efficient, patient and low key and had everything ready so I was in an out quickly. It was all straightforward, and my wishes to decline anything extra were respected. Jeff showed me around my car and we took a test drive, and then I was happily on the road in a flash.
Very grateful that they made it so easy, and I'm super happy with my car! My fears about what the day might be like were unfounded. I'd definitely drive out of my way again to work with them.
