1) It was hard to reach them. Messages would go unanswered for unreasonably long time.
2) Billing is awful. They waited 2 years to send the bill, included all visits on it, and demanded lump payment. When I explained their mistake was theirs, it turns out their outsourced billing department is actually not who you reach when you call the "billing department." You call a mediating entity that has no authority to help you discuss billing issues, but can accept payment. In other words, it doesn't matter how underhanded their billing habits are, you can't do anything about it.
3) The staff is entirely unhelpful.
Do yourself a favor, if you need assistance with your mental health, do not use this place. They just want your money.
