This store has a great atmosphere! It's always clean and bright, the staff seems to get along with each other and got me laughing too. They have done away with their flyers and the "free" stuff for the most part, but coupons are still available online. I only go there for basic needs, but tool stores aren't exactly commonplace anymore, so it's great to have them in a pinch!

Purchased the Franklin 2.5 ton pallet jack in Southern CA at the Montclair store. Within a few months I find myself in Northern CA with the pallet jack leaking oil. Decided to stop by the store in Fairfield CA. Javier looked into the matter and assured me that theyd do all that they could to take care of me. And they did just that. The outstanding customer service is greatly appreciated. Javier, George and Aamaniya thank you so very much!

Good price for Chinese tools. Very disposable.. 2023 update...still live the tools...awesome staff!!!
