        I had made an appointment to have my item picked up a t.v table and my husband said just cancel and we can drop it off in Fairfield. So we loaded in our car went up their to be told they are not taking anything today . Ask the girl if I could just drop it off since we drove up from Vallejo, to be told theres only me and another person so shes sorry but no. Nw you would think that they would leave behind at least one person who could do this task. So we just brought it home left it out side with a free sign, I have donated couch and love seat before but this will be the last time I ever offer this business anything or refer them to anyone.

      Good afternoon Denise, I am sorry you feel your experience was less than perfect today and I am sorry that we had to close the drop off area today due to staff shortages. I did speak on the telephone with your husband today to confirm the appointment you had requested for the 11th November had been cancelled but I did not know you were going to drop it over to us today or I would have advised you of the back area being closed.We did put out a Facebook post this morning to advise we would be closed at the back and I strongly recommend everyone to check this before making the journey as we are able to get the most up to date information out on social media. https://www.facebook.com/RestoreFairfieldAgain I am sorry for the disappointment and if you would like to reschedule your collection I would be happy to help.You can call me on 707-863-0692 ext *215 or 707-386-9935My email addresses are [email protected]@[email protected] me know if there is anything I can do to assist you.
