Tyler did a great job installing my new garage door today. He is very competent and professional. He was also very timely and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this company and if you use them you should request that Tyler do the work.

I couldn't have asked for better service. One of the wheels on my garage door kept coming off track and the door wasn't closing straight. My home warranty sent ACE to come check it out even though they don't cover it. ACE told us we needed a new door..."it's damaged". They start at $1700 + $250 for install...but hey we get free opener with that. I called Johnson and they came out the same day. Ryan was impressive. He took his time and checked everything over. He said I had a good door and seemed puzzle as to why I was told it needed to be replaced. He explained what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. I left him to do they work. He replaced the bad wheel, realigned the door and greased the tracks. Door works like a charm. I even wait a month to be sure. Still works like a charm. And it only cost me $125! Far cry from $2000. Thank you Johnson Custom Garage Door for being a company that still runs on integrity.

I called in to receive a quote to repair a broken spring for my garage door. They were able to give me a great quote over the phone and schedule the fix that very same day. The whole experience was easy, professional and they did a great job.
