Very poor customer service skills
Very messy and disorganized looking. The appearance is very appealing. No help on a simple bouquet.

Ordered plant arrangement. Picture showed arrangement was full. When I got it ,it was skimpy, nothing like the picture. Owner said there's nothing she could do ,and said your not always going to get what's in the picture.Very unhappy. She said she orders them from San Francisco.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother for Christmas, ordered the premium arrangement a week before Christmas to be delivered a few days later. The picture my mom sent me was a disappointment to say the least. The image of the lower costing arrangement looked better than what she showed me. When Ive tried calling and leaving my number, I have heard nothing back. They turned off their answering service and I am left with disappointment and out way too much for what was delivered. I will be calling again to make this right after Christmas. Supremely disappointed.
Update, week later still no word from them, and the answering service is turned off. I may be calling my bank to dispute the charges.
Just wanted to update. When I Finally got in touch, I was basically told, too bad, this is what we had. And only offered a partial refund after back and forth. It has been about a yearand still nothing!! What a fraud!!

The staff was very helpful and was able to see my vision for a unique bouquet with orchids. The suggestion she made helped me to decide on the correct flowers and colors.
