Not happy with $105 arrangement sent to my aunt, only 3 stems of flowers, was told they would splash more flowers in there cause lily's weren't open yet & asked for whit snap dragons & the put purple ones that weren't as nice as the white ones. Also paid extra for 2 stems of pink lily's & 1 white but looks like the put 2 white & only one red.& cheap clear vase... not the quality we are use to from Green Valley. Time to find new florist.

I love their flower arrangement according to my price range. It matches my dad's urn for his internment. People there are willing to work with me and very courteous. Highly recommended!

I received a gorgeous flower arrangement from my daughter by GV Florist for my birthday last Friday, the most beautiful Ive ever received. With a giant white hydrangea and star gazer lilies that are blooming as big as my face. It smells amazing! Thank you to the florist who made it for me.

Peggy and staff designed the most breathtaking arrangement ever! My daughter and family loved the housewarming floral arrangement. Im in Pennsylvania so it was my first time here, but not my last! I have been a customer of this business for all my floral needs since I moved to the Green Valley area a few years ago. This recent experience (Mother's Day 2022) has really made me think about searching for a new florist. I have never felt like I overpaid for an arrangement and gotten below par services until today. The arrangement was average at best (no variety to the flowers I received and some wilting) and the rep I spoke to over the phone advised that they will add a variety of flowers. I asked what is the average amount I would have to spend to have a "nice" arrangement and she advised $70-$80, so I told her to do $120+tax to make it look really nice. When I picked up the flowers, I was taken aback at how "average" it looked. The flowers they had on display (which cost much less) were better than the flowers I received. Also, the lady helping me took the flowers out of the vase and wrapped it up. The vase was not even included in the price they charged nor did they give me an option to include a vase. I understand it's a busy weekend due to the holiday. However, I wish a little more effort would have been put in making my arrangement. I honestly feel I could have done a better job arranging my own flowers. I gave two stars because they do have nice arrangements. It's just what I experienced this time around that has made me feel unvalued and ripped off. As a loyal customer, there's no worse feeling. Please do better!
