A phrase that comes to me when I just moved in, I feel safe here. I have two dogs and there are two dog parks. Their amenities are quite nice and I am pleased to even see a dog shampoo area in every building. The staff are kind and competent and they give you the feeling that they care by going the extra step to help you out. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel safe and in a place that has a modern feel. My one bedroom is beautiful and spacious with tall ceilings. It feels like home.

The front office has excellent customer service. They respond same day when my stovetop light goes out, or a drain is clogged. They intercept packages left at building doors & secure them in the Luxer system. I love my home here. I feel safe. Everyone is friendly.

Nova at Green Valley is a great place to live, thanks to its amazing amenities and friendly staff. They have everything from a gym and valet trash service to a mailing room, and even more stuff I haven't tried out yet like the pool, hot tub, theater room, and game room. The units are also top notch. Im renting the B3 unit and its well worth it. The people working here, Heather, Lashaundria, and Michelle, are super friendly and always ready to help. They make living here a lot more fun. It's a fantastic place to call home, offering both comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
