This has been the 4th time my package was sent to that stupid LuxOne box and NO CODE I called the hotline and they tell me no resident is registered with that address call management so now I have no box and management Thts not in office and doesnt answer the phone

Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this place. This is my first time moving out, and the experience has been awful. This management never answers their calls, maintenance always backed up, and their gate doesnt work. Its been broken for the past 3 months, and yesterday unfortunately our tires got slashed along with 5+ more cars. Of course theyre not going to take accountability for it. This place is a quiet neighborhood, Ive met many nice people, and made friends. But, unfortunately I would not want to stay here another week if I could. I dont like complaining but its a shame when they are never in their office for me to discuss my issues with them!

I submitted a request to have my blinds replaced. It was approved and fixed with in 24 hours. The facilities maintenance team member Tom is so nice and caring always lending a helping hand and quick to fix any issues. Love the staff here.
