        The pharmacy clerk bill (William) is extremely rude and gives off races vibes please be aware of your a POC or a woman to avoid working with him. You can tell hes not happy at his job, and he takes it out on everyone else.

        I've tried two CVS in my area. I moved here. I need prescriptions transferred. Day after day no call back..leave another VM. What does it take to get help? An act of Congress. Read new review: They are great once you're there. But still don't answer phone. What can I say. Yeah they all want you to use an APP. Believe me it isn't always right and doesn't answer questions. The management is great and associates.

        The pharmacy is awful. The Rite Aid near me closed and transferred my prescriptions to this CVS and nothing about my experience has been positive or convenient. Rite Aid would refill my prescriptions by text, I can't even get CVS to text the correct number no matter how many times I change it. With Rite Aid my prescriptions would be filled very quickly, usually within a couple hours but when I call my prescriptions in at CVS it takes several days and many times I show up and they're not even ready and I always have to wait, it's never quick, it's never convenient. I'm moving my prescriptions somewhere else. Rest in peace Rite Aid.
