        I would Highly recommend Alyssa Davis and Intercap Lending to all that might need a Strong, Competent Lending Officer. As you all know the real estate market is not a lot of fun for buyers. If you don't have everything in order for pre-qualifications or paying cash you will probably miss out on that home that you want. Alyssa is a Super Star in this arena, not only did she get us pre-qualified in a hurry she was able to close the deal in 21 days! Our offer would have not been excepted if it were not for her abilities. My wife and I would just like to say thank you Alyssa for helping us purchase our amazing new home. Sincerely, R & T
