I have always liked this branch but because of travel not here often. Yesterday I had an opportunity to stop in and now I say, I love this branch. I had two small transactions but the service I received from Patricia was nothing small. I felt so good during my visit asked if I could fill out a survey. There wasn't one available so I'm telling Patricia and her coworkers that service is not dead and that this employee was outstanding. Patricia greeted me , quickly took care of my transactions flawlessly thanked me for my visit and then smiled at me. She was courteous, professional and in times when service is all the employees can give a customer, she knocked it out of the park. Cal Coast , you need more Patricia's!!!

Little late aren't we? Y'all still hassled me over a charge that shouldn't have been there. Had to go through other means to get my money back.

We recently got a used car loan from Cal Coast CU as they had the best interest rates around. The process was easy since we did most of it on line. The only issue was when we tried to call them. It took FOREVER for someone to answer. Wondering if they need more phone bank people as each time we called we had to wait at least 10 minutes or more before anyone answered. And being transferred began another 10 minute wait. NOW...having said that, we are still giving them 5 stars because of the great service we got from Personal Financial Rep Martha Barcenas at the Escondido office. We finalized our loan with Martha and she was exceptionally professional, friendly and really knew her stuff! Not only did Martha take care of the last few details of our loan, but she went out of her way to help us get the approval we needed from the CU to buy insurance to drive our car to Mexico AND got us an instant approval for a credit card that we could use when we were down there with no annual fee and only 1% conversion charge. We cannot express our appreciations for all the time Martha took to get us what we needed in such a quick turn-around. Great job Martha!
