Horrible service. My mother has been trying to be seen here for over a month and her appointments keep getting canceled and she's told her primary care has stopped taking new patients, so she is forced to a new doctor. This happened with two different doctors. Now we're just trying to get a copy of her lab results and the staff promise you they're going to call you back, or promise you they're going to email you the form and it never gets done. This place is absolutely atrocious if you actually need anything done.

The staff is dumb. They promise you they will email important documents but they dont follow through so you end up wasting youre time and money. For example I reminded them to please put a stamp on my physical but they didnt so then I had to drive back which resulted in me starting me job a whole day later. They also promised me they would email me a doctors note and didnt do it. They dont care about people or if people need a day off work so they dont get other people sick. They are really inconsiderate. If you need to call and remind them you need something then you will be on hold for 35- to one hour. Hire staff that can do their job ( front reception). Go there do not call! They waste your time and money!

Staff was really friendly and efficient..Had blood drawn,and I usually hate needles,but didn't feel a thing!! And I have really bad veins!!
