SDCCU Escondido Civic Center Branch

Went in a week ago, African American young female at the center desk was so disrespectful to me. She asked to see my phone (iPhone pro max) to see my online account app and instead of handing it back she dropped my phone on the counter. Next she gave me nothing but attitude when shes the one that messed up and made changes to my account without my consent or even asking me first. She switched me from online statements to paper statements and at that point I could not retrieve my statements without paying her $5 for each statement! I did request to speak with the supervisor, and when the supervisor walked over the young African-American female, turned around and quickly talk to the supervisor as if I was confused and I was the issue. Not wanting to waist another second of my time and add give room for negative spirits, I decided to just leave.

Was happy here until I met a horrible person that works here. No thanks I will take my money else where. Not worth the stress. Not helpful. Gave me false info. Ordered my card online and over the phone more than a month ago. Still having received it. Closing my account.

Savanna was so helpful. Switching banks is a giant pain in the butt, but she was so nice and smooth and knowledgeable. Very grateful to have them. Union yes!

Great location great staff. Would be five starts if the wait wasnt so long. They need more tellers. Plan ahead sometimes there are 20 people in line with only 3 tellers. Plan for a 15-20 min wait.
