        Extended warranty is a scam here and their service center is a joke. Make an appointment to get a diagnostic and made to wait days for a simple fix. Look elsewhere when you need a vehicle.

        It is my third Jeep and I enjoy it but when it comes to servicing, it is a terrible experience. This Dealership does not value communicating to the customers. They have switched to text service which they never respond and it has become impossible to talk with any human to know what is going on with your jeep. the only way out is calling Jeep wave to get an update on the vehicle or go to the dealership.
