        Service lacks the customer service other dealerships have. Everyone seems like they hate their life and job. Not sure what's going on , maybe management isn't the best. Would not recommend

        The associate who was checking me In was very helpful and kind I forgot her name. There was no appointment available until Friday, so I chose another source. However the representative was very kind and caring. Please thank her again for me. My experience with your service dept has not been the best, so she was a breath of fresh air. I was told repair of the hood release was not covered under warranty and supposedly it is and should be. I will not keep thus hyundai and never buy again.

        Love this dealership, after 10 years leasing with Escondido Mazda, I switched to Hyundai of Escondido. I ve my Tucson, I love the perks I got from the dealership and the service team are helpful and easy to work with. Thank you Hyundai of Escondido.

        I was a bit hesitant due to the rather poor reviews, but I had a remarkably good experience! Short wait times, very friendly and professional staff. Overall great experience and I'll definitely come back for future services!
