I am new to the area and I needed an oil change. Such a difficult task when you have no idea where to start. Well, duh, Google. I search oil change and the fast lube places show up. Nothing against them but Id rather not. I see Joe & Sons Transmissions and its close to my work. I call and ask if they offer oil changes. The person on the phone said yes but they are a bit busy. I explained that I work in walking distance and was looking to have it done today. She was super nice about it and said I could bring it over at 12. Let me first tell you that this repair shop is in a plaza with a few other shops so dont be alarmed. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Cynthia who I had spoken with on the phone. She gave me a price, asked for my keys to get my vehicle info, told me it would be about 30min or so. I opted to leave and she would let me know when its done. In no time did I hear back from Cynthia that my car was ready. Let me tell you, this was fast, friendly service that made you feel comfortable oh, and affordable too. Hopefully my car doesnt need anything else but if it does, Im going to Joe & Sons. Thanks Cynthia!
