Montare Outpatient

Being someone who was at Montare Outpatient for 3 months I can say that it really helped me get back on my feet. The entire faculty is very helpful and supportive. I learned how to take good care of myself and upon leaving I feel I was ready and inspired to get back to my life. I learned to acknowledge my feelings and take it day by day. With the help of the therapists there I learned the importance of selfcare, exercise, mindfulness, and connecting with the people that I love. Montare really helped me get back on my feet.

Montares PHP program helped me prepare to come back home and manage life. The team there is amazing. They care about each individual they meet and help everyone to build effective skills in a multitude of areas such as communication, emotion regulation, goal setting, changing negative thought patterns, bringing awareness to unhealthy thoughts/behaviors and walking with individuals as they process intense trauma/abandonment/attachment struggles.

A stellar place with a stellar staff. The organization is fully professional and full of highly trained and talented practitioners who are caring human beings. Montare, with Lionell and Stephanie managing the site, provides competent services and with high quality amenities. Great food and snacks during the day, on-site access to doctors, nurses, therapists. Cookie M. is an outstanding Case Manager, calm and attentive, supporting her clients from start to finish. She ensures that a client really receives the services and resources needed to improve and thrive :) The facilities and therapeutic modalities are not only state of the art but all are made accessible in an environment which feels safe, personalized, and inspirational! No matter where you are on your life's journey, I would warmly recommend Montare and its staff to be your partner as you ameliorate your way forward.
