I learned so many great skills from Dr. Daniel Hai that I still use to this day, years after moving back to the midwest. He is great at getting to root issues from the past, helping get through and learn to manage current symptoms and giving tools to succeed in the future.

Our 18yo daughter has struggled with depression and anxiety since middle school. She has always had to work extra hard in school to focus and get her studies done. She has seen many therapists over the years but has not been receptive to many of them. After a breakdown and realizing the need for more intensive therapy, she met Dr. Daniel Hai while in residential treatment. He was truly a Godsend. Dr. Hai treated her with respect and dignity but was also very straightforward and honest in his approach. For the first time, our daughter really dug into her issues and opened up. Dr. Hai made her feel validated, understood, but also willing to take responsibility for her actions and to have a plan to move forward and heal.

I was so fortunate to spend a few months under the care of Dr. Daniel Hai as my therapist. Dr. Hai is assertive and powerful with the techniques he uses to reground and build you back up. He taught me so much about boundaries and myself over our time together. He has so many tools, and for the person willing to actually do the work , he is the teacher to take you where you need to go. He gave me my confidence back and also taught me how to be preventative and proactive when it comes to my struggles. I would recommend Dr. Hai for anyone truly ready to get their life back in a healthy manner.
