Very Personable. Fair Price. Excellence Service. I was referred to Asha by a friend who thought very highly of her while he set up his family trust last year. I interviewed three other estate planning attorneys in Encinitas and Carlsbad, and I liked Asha's down-to-earth personality the best, plus I related to her much better than the other three attorneys I spoke with which means a lot to me because I knew I would work with her on many important items and a lot of personal information. She was very thorough in our in person meeting at my home and took a lot of notes as we just talked about my estate, my family, my final wishes and overall my needs. The first meeting took about an hour and then we exchanged a few emails and calls over the next few weeks as she prepared the legal documents. We met to go through the first final draft and it was everything that I expected. I'm very thankful for Asha's expertise and thoroughness because there was a lot that we completed. She communicated very well and was available when I needed her. Her prices were very fair and in-line with the other attorneys that I spoke. I will be referring Asha to my friends and local community who is in need of a family trust or estate planning attorney for a will or power of attorney or legal estate questions.
