I needed an attorney for estate planning and was referred to this law firm by a friend. I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had with an attorney! Rusty Griffith was detailed and thorough. He elaborated and explained very calmly areas with which I was unfamiliar. He is also very personable, compassionate and reasonably priced. Lastly when I was in need of revisions to the documents a few months later, due to personal changes, Rusty made the necessary changes immediately. I highly recommend Rusty Griffith for any and all estate planning!

Rusty Griffith is the best and most knowledgeable. He completed our trust within 2 days and even drove it down to Scripps Green in La Jolla because my husband wasn't able to go to office due to terminal cancer.  That is true kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this wonder man.

Rusty is an amazing attorney. I took my parents to him for a trust and he did an amazing job. So quick and efficient. I would highly recommend him so you get a trust done before something happens and you have to go through probate. He does do probate work also. I would trust him to all family members for sure.
