        I have been in side waiting for Service Now each time 2 times I have come at different times too long of a wait. I am only wanted to drop off a Frontier box with the QR code its way too long to wait. I am here now waiting The lady ahead of me is frustrated she has been here also waiting I would never come back here !!

        Owner is rude and condescending to both Employees and Customers. He told his employee that customers can wait, and she needs to clean up. He was questioning everything she was doing. He made 7+ customers wait at 1:15 pm for her to box stuff and tape it. When he spoke to customers he spoke down to them. No wonder he can't keep any employees long term because he does not know how to treat them. I will drive further to not support someone who doesn't understand how to treat people.
