Scheduling my next appointment at this place was a real headache. I had to call them three times to sort it out and they kept claiming I hadn't scheduled it during my last visit, even though I couldn't get them to do it 'due to their system'. It's like they have no idea what's going on with their own scheduling.
Besides that, the dentist is polite and professional, but the whole experience here has been pretty disappointing. Appointments constantly run late, and the front desk staff lacks basic courtesy. It's like they're just going through the motions without any enthusiasm.
What's worse, it seems nobody's overseeing things or properly training the staff. It's a bit of a mess, and they don't seem to care about improving.
I tried talking to a manager or the dentist about it, but they flat-out denied my concerns. There's definitely a lack of accountability.
Overall, I can't recommend this place. Between the scheduling issues, unfriendly staff, and lack of management or quality control, it's not worth the hassle. Hopefully, they'll step up their game in the future, but for now, I'd look elsewhere.

My daughter really likes coming here. They always get her right in and right out. The Doctor and Everyone else that works there is really nice and the office is nice as well! Also, they have text reminders and confirmation which is awesome.
