        So I definitely had to do a review of this Jiffy Lube the manager went way Beyond service and helping me get my car together I went to a previous Jiffy Lube on Harbor Point Laguna the service was nowhere near as good as this place they did not even offer to tell me about a coupon and then had me sit for 20 minutes only to tell me they did not have my oil filter there at that Jiffy Lube Lagune location. I will be coming here at Auto Center Drive.. from now on, and I'm very impressed and definitely will tell all my friends that this is where you should go in Elk Grove.

        You know the spec's of the vehicle (If I can look them up on line, so can your employee's!), and quote the oil change for 5 quarts and then charge for a 6th at the end. Shady in my opinion. Then you say there are 2 free quarts included, if needed after the oil change - I requested to take them at the time of my oil change and was denied. WHY??? If those 2 quarts are included, then use one of them for the 6th quart during the oil change!!!!

      Hi Shannon, thanks for your business and review. To give you some context, the industry norm has been "up to five quarts of oil" for over 30 years now; as the majority of vehicles take less than 5 quarts (4.25 to 4.5 quarts), not more. We, just like others and dealers, then charge for each additional quart. Again, industry standard for decades. Our top-off policy allows for up to two free quarts of oil within 3,000 miles AFTER your service, not during it. Wish you all the best, have a great week. Maddie
