The plan sounded good when the representative was pusing it...oh, but she left out a few key pieces to the plan. I was told I would NOT need to submit any kind of documentation, just use the card till I reached a zero balance. This was a direct question I asked the rep. Not true, because two claims were not accepted, even though they were at the same Dr.s office as the other charges. After calling, the rep said all claims have to be in even amounts, such as $40 or $100, etc. When I told the rep I had a receipt, he said that would not be good enough. REALLY? So now I have to get itemized statements from the Dr. office. A waste of my time. Again, I asked the rep who signed me up the question about sending in any documentation...answer given- "no, just use it like a debit card".

I was told so many great things when the insurance guy wanted to pay for disability insurance 49.50 a month, he made it sound like I was going to get paid monthly 1400 and when it came down to it, I was only paid one time being on disability for me being pregnant. They never told me it was only one payment. And when I called everyday to see when my next check was coming I got the run around from each person I talked to. They all just told me what I wanted to hear. Until a broker called me and said I was not going to get another payments.. I would not recommend ANYone paying for this garbage. They give false information just to get you to pay every month on it.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer phones. There is no way to contact a human, not even with the national office.

Only one star because I have to. Enrolled at work and paid premium for over a year but when I filed a claim they denied it and denied the appeal. Don't waste your money

I'm healed, and coming with my records I paid yall since 2006 with VCUSD, AND YALL DENIED MY CLAIM! OH BOY, AS I HAVE shaved a HIP REPLACMENT I WAS FAKING UH? CUST#8911??? WE NEED TO TALK BEFORE I FILE.
