        Been with Dave for a 10+ years and then switched over. Everytime I had questions on claims and policy, I couild never get a hold of him, rather his office assistants. He never called back. My last accident claim was the deciding factor because Dave failed to call me back when my car was in the shop for more than 1 month and I had no replacement car. I don't mind paying insurance close to $1,000 each month for the many cars my family has, but why should I continue with a guy who did not call me back after leaving multiple messages and emails in critical moments. POOR customer service period, even from the reviews of others aswell!
