Terribly insulting and a waste of my time. Before even learning about the case I was asked about my history with drugs and told to spend more time with my son. Ive never done drugs and I regularly time with my son, he just never asked. Then, he advised me to do things that Ive already done, I told him the information was useless because I was already aware of what needed to be done. I ask assistance to help organize my files, and then was told my benefits with ARAG (who referred me to this firm) didnt cover enough for him to take my case. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
