Alce Dental Care

Teresa the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. They had me waiting on my pre authorization approval and they never sent it in to my insurance.I was always told I have to talk to Giselle who seems to be hard to contact.Im from the bay area so I'm not a local from the sac region which liberty insurance govern. Denti-cal govern the bay area so they never look to see that im a Denti-cal patient and not liberty.The sent my pre-authorization to liberty insurance when I'm a Denti-cal case.I was Denied of course wrong insurance.When the denial came back I was confused Wondering how this happened,well come to find out the never did there homework to see what insurance i had.Keep in mind i was Vivian Fernandez case load prior to Alce Dental, she had this establishment before Alce ,so when She sold the Practice all of her case load went to Alce since they were the new Dentist coming in. Teresa reminds me of a meth head and Giselle smell like musk when I visited. Teresa had mood swings and always say we will call you back but never does as Vivian sold out to the wrong people,I wished she was in business somewhere else because I would go to her if she was available.

As a student finances are tough and finding a good provider in liberty has been vert difficult. My experience at Alce was so wonderful! From the kind and warm Theresa at the front desk guiding me through transitioning to their office to the kind dental hygenists and assistants. The dentist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and didnt treat me any different than his other clients. They are remodeling and just got updated video equipment to show me my teeth more clearer than a traditional xray. He showed me the teeth and walked me thru his plan kindly. I left feeling seen and heard and better equipped in my dental journey. Amazing dentist!

The Love that I have for the staff at Alce dental is unmatched! From the first phone call I made to the office, Ms. Teresa has been a true Gem. I stated that I had dental anxiety issues and needed to get a lot of work done. Not only did she match me up with the best Dentist ever Dr.Rios, She also made the staff aware of my concerns which they calmed my fears. Over a 8 month period I had my Beautiful smile restored. On my Birthday last July Teresa and the staff gave me a bouquet of flowers at my appointment. I referred all of family & friends to Dr Rios because of the quality of work he preforms as well as the compassionate staff. Youll never go wrong with Dr. Rios & tell them Brown Suga sent you

Receptionist is impatient and unprofessional with patients wont even listen to what they have to say anymore its very rude if youre going to work in customer service you should have the decency to treat people properly

I came in today as a new patient and might I say I enjoyed myself! You read that right! I enjoyed myself at the DENTIST lol. Thank you to the front desk lady Theresa for helping schedule me in- I got in the very next day which is absolutely amazing seeing how often dentist appointments can be weeks if not a few months out. I especially enjoyed Jenny! She took X-rays of my teeth, assisted w dr Carlos during my exam and cleaning and was the one to polish my teeth. I liked her so much I asked to book w her again during my next visit. She made me laugh a bunch, and was there explaining to my treatment options, she even helped dr Carlos and I communicate/ answer questions. Jenny please continue to bring your happy go lucky spirits to work. I thought your bedside manner was amazing!! Dont change it - us patients need more people like you :) -Ahlasiaa
